Job Description

Job Title:Power

Role Summary:

As a member of the Power Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in driving innovation, standardization, and best practices across the organizations Power Platform initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate – Cloud & Desktop, Copilot Studio etc.) ensuring alignment with business goals and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Standards:
Contribute to the development and enforcement of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
Innovation & Best Practices:
Research and implement best practices, reusable components, and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.
Support & Enablement:
Provide technical support and guidance to business users and citizen developers; conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other CoEs to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor performance and usage of Power Platform solutions and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of total experience and 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate – Cloud & Desktop).
Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other data connectors.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices in Power Platform.
Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Experience with APIs, and custom connectors.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
