Power Electronics

As a Design Engineer specializing in Power Electronics, you will be responsible for designing power-based circuits from requirements, creating schematics, coordinating with internal/external resources for layout creation, conducting hardware testing and debugging, and documenting project details. Your expertise in power semiconductor devices such as Thyristors, MosFETs, IGBTs, as well as interface circuitry like drivers, isolators, op-amps, and gates will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to address noise and other technical issues, utilizing test equipment like DMMs and DSOs. Ideally, you should possess a BTech/BE degree in Electronics with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in PCB layouts, experience in type testing of units, and a minimum commitment of 2 years are desirable qualities. While travel is not a regular requirement, occasional on-site debugging or project trials may be necessary.
