****15 Days to 30 Days Notice Period Must**** *******On Randstad Payroll***** OEM Client We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls and experience with microgrid projects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing power electronics systems and controls for microgrid applications. Qualifications: M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and microgrid technologies. Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or similar. Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or real-time simulation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop power electronics systems for microgrid applications. Implement control algorithms for power converters and inverters. Conduct simulations and testing to validate system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics with other system components.
