Full Time
- Design and development of hardware circuits for power conversion systems (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-DC converters).
- Selection and evaluation of power semiconductor devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC/GaN devices).
- Design of Magnetics, gate driver circuits, protection circuits, and auxiliary power supplies etc
- Perform simulations (LTSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS,) and translate results into practical designs.
- Schematic design, PCB design review, and hardware validation.
- Testing and debugging of hardware prototypes including Functional testing, EMI/EMC, thermal management etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, testing) for end-to-end product development.
- Document designs, prepare test reports, and support certification activities.
