Role Purpose

MIS Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and risk-related data.
• Ensure timely re-fresh and accuracy of reports for decision-making
• Define and analyze enhancements and assist in redesigning business processes and process automation
• Driving automation and reporting improvements service to enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure SLA reports as agreed with customers.
• Ensures high quality and accurate reporting for boards and committees in line with set timescales.
• Publish MIS and conduct meetings periodically with WMG Heads, Practice Heads and TA Leadership to update them on progress, risks & issues and seek help if necessary
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
Strong communication skills
• - both verbal and written, collaboration skills and organizational skills
Reporting Tools- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or any other reporting tool
