Role Overview: You will be responsible for MIS Reporting & Dashboarding, specifically developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI. Your role will involve tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and risk-related data, ensuring timely refresh and accuracy of reports for decision-making, defining and analyzing enhancements, and assisting in redesigning business processes and process automation. Additionally, you will be driving automation and reporting improvements service to enhance operational efficiency and configuring SLA reports as agreed with customers. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring high quality and accurate reporting for boards and committees in line with set timescales, publishing MIS, and conducting meetings periodically with WMG Heads, Practice Heads, and TA Leadership to update them on progress, risks & issues and seek help if necessary. Strong analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers, as well as excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), collaboration skills, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Experience with reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or any other reporting tool is required.
