Power BI

You are a talented and motivated Power BI Analyst joining the strategic programs group. Your main responsibility is to create and enhance core reports and metrics supporting strategic programs. Utilizing Power BI, you will develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. This includes collecting report requirements from business teams, as well as building and managing complex SQL queries to extract business data from financial reporting systems. Furthermore, you will collaborate with business teams to comprehend the drivers of Localization business and convey these insights to the operations team. A significant aspect of your role will involve data analysis to uncover actionable insights and aid decision-making processes. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the team to construct robust operational and business metrics, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement reporting systems effectively, conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions, developing and maintaining complex SQL queries to analyze business data from financial reporting systems, ensuring precise project planning and execution with a high level of quality, adhering to the quality framework to establish error-free, highly reliable processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into actionable metrics, working alongside the finance team to enhance and create financial reporting data, and presenting data analysis findings clearly and visually using Power BI. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Power BI to create interactive reports against large datasets, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proven experience in conducting data analysis and deriving actionable insights, ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment, strong interpersonal skills encompassing written and oral communication skills, fluency in English, experience in designing, creating, managing, and utilizing large volume datasets for business purposes, ability to work independently and as part of a team, creative thinking and adaptability in an evolving environment, experience working within a multicultural setting, preference for knowledge of quality certifications such as ISO, and the ability to extract meaningful business insights from complex and unstructured data and present them aesthetically. In terms of technical skills requirements, you should hold a degree in Analytics or a related field, possess strong experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL, have proven skills in data modeling and fundamental statistical knowledge, be familiar with Google Apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides), and PL-300 Power BI Certification is a plus.
