Job Description

Key Highlights of the Role:

Define and implement BI and reporting strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals and data engineers.
Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions using tools like SAS, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance.
Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT project implementation, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in BI tools and SQL-based data querying.
Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Proficiency in databases like Postgres, Cassandra, Teradata.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: BI certifications and knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
