Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive digital and omnichannel reporting, analytics, and insights.

Paid Media

3rd Party Media PLD, DCM, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, Adobe Analytics

Create impactful visualizations of digital KPIs to highlight performance and trends.
Analyze digital metrics to identify performance drivers, derive insights, and recommend tactical optimizations.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain
reports and dashboards in Power BI
.
Gather requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and translate reporting needs into functional specifications.
Serve as
SME
for BU data sources, segmentation rules, and data aggregates.
Manage data extracts to support reporting deliverables.
Support implementation of test & control analysis for campaigns.
Continuously improve reporting capabilities across departments.
Lead visual design and ensure consistency in reporting suites look & feel.
Build custom, intuitive, and dynamic dashboards enabling
actionable insights and self-service analytics
.
Handle large datasets efficiently and generate customized reports.
Ensure domain alignment with
pharma commercial KPIs
.

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Power BI
and BI visualization best practices.
Working knowledge of
MS Excel
and
SQL
.
Analytical mindset with strong
