Power BI experts who are well versed with latest Power BI offerings, can optimize existing dashboards, develop new dashboards, expert in DAX queries, can quickly analyze and understand the backend of dashboard, can create reporting layer using SQL and very good with documentation (both user requirement documents, functional requirements document, test case documents and release documents).

Minimum 3+ years of experience as Power BI developer and SQL.

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be Microsoft certified and have extensive experience working with schemas to design and implement robust and scalable Power BI solutions. As a Power BI Developer, candidate shall play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Develop and manage data models, schemas, and relationships to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, including normalization, denormalization, and schema design.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation for data structures and sources.
• Develop and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions to improve report efficiency.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences domain would be a plus

Certification

Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or equivalent certification.
