Job Description

Power BI Desktop and Service (Power BI Pro, Premium)
SSRS (2012+)
T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
DAX and Power Query (M)
Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and report lifecycle management.
Experience working with SQL Server, SSAS (Tabular/Multidimensional) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps, source control tools (e.g., Git), and report deployment pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Build paginated and operational reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
Create complex DAX calculations, data transformations using Power Query (M), and custom visuals as needed.
Design and optimize data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) using Power BI datasets or SSAS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and visualization requirements.

Support:

Provide Level 2/3 support for Power BI and SSRS reports, including bug fixes, performance tuning, and data accuracy validation.
Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, gateways, report rendering, and data discrepancies.
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve failures in scheduled report execution.
Maintain documentation for support procedures and troubleshooting steps.
