Power BI Developer

We are seeking a talentedPower BI Developerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in buildingPower BI dashboards, working withsemantic data models, and handlingSQL-based data operations. This role requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams,strong communicationskills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainPower BI dashboardsand reports.

• Build and managesemantic modelsfor efficient data representation.

• Create andoptimizeSQL Views,Stored Procedures, and manageETL processesfor data integration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirementsand deliveraccurate, insightful reports.

• Prepare andmaintaintechnical documentationfor BI solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1- 5 years of experience inPower BI development(datamodelling, DAX, Power Query).

• StrongproficiencyinSQLfor creating and managing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Experience withETL processesand data integration techniques.

• Basic knowledge ofAWSandAzurecloud platforms.

• Familiarity withQlik Sense(added advantage).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Good atrequirement gatheringandtechnical documentation.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent).

• Any cloud-related certification (AWS/Azure fundamentals).
