Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI professional to automate a series of Workday reports currently being run manually. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI development and preferably some exposure to Power Automate for workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse existing manual Workday reports and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to replace manual processes.
Integrate data sources from Workday and other systems as needed.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
If applicable, leverage Power Automate to streamline report generation and distribution workflows.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Power BI report development and dashboarding.
Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Experience working with Workday data or similar HR/Finance systems.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with Workday reporting structures and data extraction methods.
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
