Power Automate & GenAI Specialist

As a Power Automate & GenAI Specialist at our company located in Pune, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) flows, supporting GenAI service integration into business processes, and building and integrating backend services using FastAPI. Depending on your skills and experience, you will be aligned to either Mid-Level (3-5 years), Senior-Level (6-9 years), or Lead-Level (9+ years) roles. Key Responsibilities: - For Mid-Level: - Execute and maintain Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) flows - Support GenAI service integration into business processes - Build and integrate backend services using FastAPI - For Senior-Level: - Design and implement end-to-end Power Automate workflows - Develop and deploy custom GenAI-based services - Manage Azure service deployments and backend integrations - For Lead-Level: - Own solution delivery and provide architecture input - Align with stakeholders and business leaders on automation strategy - Mentor teams, guide vendor resources, and ensure delivery quality Common Skill Requirements: - Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) is mandatory - Knowledge of GenAI Suite including OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain - Experience with FastAPI for backend service integration - Familiarity with Vector Databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma - Proficiency in Azure Services such as Functions, Blob, Key Vault, Cognitive APIs - Proficient in Python for GenAI logic and FastAPI services - Application of OOPS Concepts in backend design and service development Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare or insurance automation is preferred - Exposure to RPA tools (UIPath preferred) - Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning - Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is preferred for Lead-Level positions As part of the submission guidelines, please clearly align your profiles to Mid/Senior/Lead roles, avoid profiles with only theoretical GenAI exposure, and highlight hands-on Power Automate experience in resume summaries.
