Power Automate & GenAI Specialist

As a Power Automate & GenAI Specialist at our Pune location, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) flows, supporting GenAI service integration into business processes, and building and integrating backend services using FastAPI. Your role will be aligned to Mid-Level, Senior-Level, or Lead-Level based on your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: - For Mid-Level (3-5 years): - Execute and maintain Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) flows - Support GenAI service integration into business processes - Build and integrate backend services using FastAPI - For Senior-Level (6-9 years): - Design and implement end-to-end Power Automate workflows - Develop and deploy custom GenAI-based services - Manage Azure service deployments and backend integrations - For Lead-Level (9+ years): - Own solution delivery and provide architecture input - Align with stakeholders and business leaders on automation strategy - Mentor teams, guide vendor resources, and ensure delivery quality Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop) - Knowledge of GenAI Suite including OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain - Experience with FastAPI for backend service integration - Familiarity with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma - Proficiency in Azure Services like Functions, Blob, Key Vault, Cognitive APIs - Skill in Python for GenAI logic and FastAPI services - Application of OOPS Concepts in backend design and service development In addition to the technical qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include experience in healthcare or insurance automation, exposure to RPA tools (UIPath preferred), knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning, and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred for Lead-Level).
