Job Description

Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues
Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
Experience in developing / Supporting the Power Apps processes / bots
Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis
Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning
Having an understanding/experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is preferred
Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.

Qualifications:

Hands on Experience with Power Automate Desktop is must for this position.
Min 5+ yrs overall experience
Developed at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows
Have an experience in SQL data queries with/without PAD flows.
Knowledge in any other programming languages (Java / .Net / Python / Angular JS/ Node.JS)
Knowledge in other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop / Power Apps ...)
Experience in Support projects

Basic:

Bachelor s degree in business or related field
4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps
Certification regarding Power Apps and Power Platform
Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures
Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)

Preferences:

Experience working with development teams preferred
Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
