Power Automate Desktop

Role : Power Automate Desktop Support

Experience : 4+ year of Relevant experience in PowerApps & Power Automate Desktop

Location : Any NTT Data Location Hybrid Remote (1 day /week work from office)

Shift Timing : Rotational shifts on Monthly basis

(Shift 1 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST & Shift 2 - 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)

Client is specifically looking for below skills in a resource. should meet below requirements (non-negotiable)

MUST HAVE Mandatory Skills for each technology (All MUST)

• Experience in developing at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows / bots

• Hands on experience in SQL data queries with PAD flows

• Must have experience with other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)

• Must have experience with other programming languages (Java / .Net / Python / Angular JS/ Node.JS)

• Experience in Supporting the Power Automate projects & utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Remedy / Jira / others

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps

• Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop / Power Apps )

Preferences:

• Experience working with development teams preferred

• Ability to work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)
