. Power Automate & Power Apps Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power Automate flows

  for business process automation.
• Build and customize

  Power Apps

  (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with

  Microsoft 365 services

  ,

  Dataverse

  , and third-party APIs.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for Power Platform implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing workflows and apps for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and training to teams on Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Power Automate:

  Strong experience in building automated workflows, approvals, and integrations.

• Power Apps:

  Expertise in Canvas and Model-Driven apps development.

• Dataverse:

  Hands-on experience with Dataverse and relational data modeling.

• Microsoft 365 Integration:

  Ability to integrate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 services.

• Expressions & Formulas:

  Proficiency in Power Fx and advanced expressions in flows.

• API Integration:

  Experience connecting to REST APIs and custom connectors.

• Security & Governance:

  Knowledge of environment strategy, DLP policies, and role-based access.

• Troubleshooting:

  Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Version Control:

  Familiarity with Git or similar tools for managing app versions.

• Documentation:

  Ability to create technical documentation and user guides.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Power BI Integration:

  Ability to embed reports in Power Apps.

• Azure Services:

  Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation):

  Experience with Power Automate Desktop.

• Custom Development:

  Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customization.

• ALM (Application Lifecycle Management):

  Experience with solution packaging and deployment.

• AI Builder:

  Familiarity with AI models in Power Platform.

• Licensing & Cost Optimization:

  Understanding of Power Platform licensing models.

• Performance Tuning:

  Techniques for optimizing flows and apps for high-volume usage.

• Training & Enablement:

  Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions.

• Integration with ERP/CRM:

  Experience connecting Power Platform with Dynamics 365 or SAP.
