Job Description The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality products. Experience in web and mobile application testing is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, etc. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and report bugs effectively Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Conduct manual testing across various platforms web and mobile Ensure quality benchmarks are met before product releases Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions Required Skills & Experience 26 years of experience in manual testing Strong hands-on experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios Exposure to mobile (iOS/Android) and web application testing is a plus Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Good To Have Experience with tools like Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or browser developer tools Knowledge of basic SQL for data validation Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (ref:hirist.tech)
