About the Role

Post-Production Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the post-production team, including editors, motion artists, QC specialists, and freelancers.
  • Oversee the complete post-production pipeline from raw assets to final delivery.
  • Review edits and motion graphics, provide clear and actionable feedback, and maintain consistent quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects while upholding creative and technical standards.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and requirements are always aligned.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-production updates, keeping all stakeholders informed and on track.
  • Manage organized file structures, naming conventions, and asset delivery processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing, rendering, and delivery formats.
  • Implement workflow improvements, best practices, and new tools to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on gaming ad trends, platform requirements, and creative standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in

    post-production

    , with strong hands-on skills in

    video editing and motion graphics

    .
  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    leading a creative or post-production team

    .
  • Strong understanding of the

    gaming industry

    and gaming ad formats.
  • Exceptional

    communication skills

    —must be able to provide clear directions, articulate feedback, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and relevant tools.
  • Good understanding of sound mixing, color grading, and exporting in multiple formats.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Design

    , or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a creative or media-focused discipline is an advantage.
  • Certifications in video editing, motion graphics, or VFX will be preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance-based gaming creatives.
  • Knowledge of data-driven ad workflows, templating, and automation.
  • Experience managing large-scale ad variations and multi-format workflows.
