Role Summary: Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content for Quickbase's marketing strategy. Assemble recorded footage into polished, storytelling-driven video projects. Add visual and audio enhancements including music, dialogue, effects, and motion graphics. Collaborate with the production team to meet the company's creative vision. Contribute to the success of marketing by eliminating Gray Work through clear communication via video. Key Responsibilities: Edit and manipulate film to ensure seamless, invisible transitions for viewers. Understand and interpret briefs from the production team to meet creative goals. Review raw footage and scripts to generate a shot decision list that preserves continuity and enhances narrative flow. Trim and organize footage to produce coherent sequences. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects into videos. Enhance visuals using special effects and motion graphics techniques. Stay up-to-date with evolving video editing trends, tools, and best practices. Maximize efficiency and storytelling effectiveness with new technologies and tools. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and post-production. Bachelor's degree in Film or a related field. Proven professional experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio. Proficient in digital editing technologies and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Understanding of special effects, 3D, motion graphics, and compositing techniques. Deep awareness of digital content trends and editing principles. Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking.
