Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of online payment on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana along with receipt of online payment and attested copies of certificates for the one post of Senior Research Fellow @ Rs. 31,000/- PM fixed + 16% HRA for 1st and 2nd year & Rs.35,000/- p.m. fixed + 16% HRA for 3rd year in the scheme

“Consortia for Research Platform (CRP) in Hybrid technology for higher productivity in selected field and horticultural crops - Wheat, ICAR-49 (PC-2345)”

in Wheat Section for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications:-

• B.Sc.(Agri.)/Biosciences/Biotechnology/Forestry with minimum OCPA 6.0/10.0 or 60 % marks.
• M.Sc. Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding & Genetics/Genetics ‘crop plants’/Biosciences/Biotechnology/Forestry with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.00 or 65% marks.
  

Note-1:

The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.

Note-II:

Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with three years Bachelor’s degree must have NET qualification and two years research experience. However, Ph.D candidates are exempted from this condition. The candidates should ensure that they fulfill the qualifications by the last date of submission of application.

Note-III:

Desirable: Experience/ Research work in relevant field.
