Possession Executive (Real Estate)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Possession Executive with a Civil Engineering background and 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate or construction. The role involves managing the end-to-end possession process, ensuring quality handover of units to clients, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unit Readiness & Quality Checks:

  Conduct thorough inspections of units before possession to ensure they meet civil finishing and quality standards. Identify snags and coordinate rectification.

• Possession Handover:

  Manage the entire possession process including scheduling handover dates, preparing documentation, and guiding customers through the formalities.

• Customer Coordination:

  Act as the point of contact for customers during possession. Address queries, provide site walkthroughs, and resolve minor issues on-site.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Prepare and maintain possession reports, checklists, snag lists, and customer feedback records. Ensure all documents are accurately completed and filed.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Work closely with site engineers, facility teams, CRM, and legal departments to ensure timely and smooth handover.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure all handovers are in line with safety, legal, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in possession/handover processes within real estate or construction.
• Good knowledge of civil finishing, snag identification, and quality control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
