As an Equity Expert (EE) in the given Region/Zone/Cluster, your role is crucial in achieving revenue targets through equity/currency/commodity broking and lending. You will lead a team of Investment Specialists (IS) to generate overall revenue from Super Investor customers. Your main responsibilities include: - Conducting demat portfolio reviews and providing research/updates to team members and Super Investor clients. - Training the team on equity, commodity, and forex markets. - Aiding the IS team in achieving their targets. - Managing the regional dealer(s) who report to you. To guarantee success in this role, you will need to: - Achieve broking and lending revenue targets for the region/zone/cluster in equity, currency, and commodity. - Provide training on the mentioned business lines in the given geography. - Support all members of the Super Investor team in the region. - Ensure research ideas are effectively communicated within the team and to Super Investors. - Manage the team of dealer(s) in the region/zone/cluster. Additionally, your contributions will involve: - Servicing and generating revenue from company Super Investors. - Building close relationships with key stakeholders. - Making customers eligible for upgrades to other segments.
