The role of an Equity Expert (EE) involves spearheading activation and servicing for demat holdings in a specific Region/Zone/Cluster. As an EE, your primary responsibility is to achieve revenue targets through equity/currency/commodity broking and lending within the segment. You will work closely with a team of Investment Specialists (IS) to generate overall revenue from the existing and acquired Super Investor customer base. Your main responsibilities include conducting demat portfolio reviews, providing research/updates to team members and Super Investor clients, and training the team on equity, commodity, and forex markets. As a senior equity advisor, you will support the IS team in achieving their targets, with regional dealer(s) reporting to you. Key responsibilities of the role include: - Achieving broking and lending revenue targets for the region/zone/cluster - Providing training on equity, currency, and commodity business lines in the given geography - Offering support to all members of the Super Investor team in the region - Ensuring research ideas are effectively communicated to the team and Super Investors - Managing the team of dealer(s) in the region/zone/cluster In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be required to contribute to: - Servicing and generating revenue from company Super Investors - Maintaining close interactions with key stakeholders - Identifying opportunities to make customers eligible for upgrades to other segments This role requires a high level of expertise in equity markets and a proactive approach to achieving revenue goals. Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of broking and lending within the financial sector.,
