Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Portfolio Resolutions Manager in the unsecured ARD retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing portfolios and resolving issues, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve complex portfolio-related issues efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Analyze data and trends to inform portfolio management decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
