Job Description

Role Overview: As the Portfolio Marketing Lead, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Practice Areas, Business Units, Sales, and Client Advisory teams, as well as members of the global marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to own the messaging and solutioning strategy for internal teams, partners, prospects, and customers. You will lead market research, develop positioning, sales enablement materials, and guide strategy and content development for campaigns that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage compelling portfolio messaging and positioning for internal and external audiences, ensuring Synoptek stands out in the marketplace. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and refine messaging for Synoptek's service offerings. - Define market segmentation, target audiences, and buyer personas to guide effective messaging and go-to-market strategies. - Leverage customer insights and market research to inform GTM strategies, messaging, packaging, and service enhancements. - Create and maintain a comprehensive "bill of materials" to support the development of enablement resources and communications for internal teams and partner channels. - Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, Practice, Industry/BU, Sales, SDR, Campaigns, Client Advisory, Content, and Alliance Partners. - Develop sales plays and enablement materials, including segmentation strategies, messaging frameworks, and supporting assets in sales playbooks. - Collaborate with marketing teams and channel leads to maximize the impact of available channels and amplify Synoptek's presence across key touchpoints. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of GTM initiatives, optimize strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes. - Own the enablement of sales teams to understand the value of products and competitive solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - At least 8 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years of experience in product or portfolio marketing. Additional Details: Synoptek is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Lead with deep experience in CX and Apps areas, who can translate messaging and customer needs into effective content deliverables. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical ability to identify trends and turn insights into actionable strategies. A proactive self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills, understanding of sales cycles, and the capability to leverage data for impactful results will thrive in this role.,
