Portfolio Management

As an experienced professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will be required to be located in Saudi Arabia for a duration of 2 months. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting portfolio performance tracking by compiling key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing financial/operational data. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing and updating business plans and strategy documents for portfolio companies. You will play a vital role in coordinating follow-ups on strategic recommendations and corrective actions, as well as preparing performance reports and presentation decks for leadership and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Strategy, and Governance, will be essential in this role. Your duties will also involve organizing materials for board and GA meetings to ensure timely and accurate submissions, as well as contributing to process improvement and data automation initiatives. Maintaining records of key portfolio activities, decisions, and milestones will be crucial to the success of this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly with financial or operational data. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams are highly valued, along with being highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management. An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic, evolving environment is also a preferred skill for this role.,
