Portfolio Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of Tech & Data investments at D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Your main focus will be on ensuring optimal financial performance, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop investment strategies, track financial performance, and drive process improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee a portfolio of Tech & Data investments and the operational/running budgets to track and report on financial performance. - Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, and supporting Tech & Data service groups. - Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to develop investment strategies and align priorities and funding to maximize business and technology outcomes. - Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enable effective decision-making and reporting. - Develop analytics and insights to help monitor and evaluate Tech & Data capabilities and investments against our financial health and spend competitiveness. - Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to senior management and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend appropriate risk management strategies. - Stay up to date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio. - Provide support/training to investment owners to ensure compliance and adherence to standardized financial operations processes and tools. - Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts to optimize Tech & Data processes. - Manage Product Road-mapping and project management methodologies - driving improved product management practices through the application of consistent, robust processes (lean, agile, design thinking) and toolsets (Roadmunk, Jira, MS Project, Tableau). - Ensure compliance with financial procedures and industry best practices in portfolio management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field. Additional Details: D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is offering a full-time Portfolio Analyst position in Bangalore (Hybrid) for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Power BI and experience in developing reports and dashboards, along with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience with portfolio management software and tools is preferred, as well as knowledge of industry best practices and financial procedures. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.,
