Political Influencer Executive

As an Influencer Executive at a Political Strategy & Communications company in Pune, your role will involve: - Developing and executing influencer strategies in alignment with political campaign goals and narratives. - Identifying and onboarding influencers (macro, micro, nano) who resonate with the political vision and public image. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital voices. - Overseeing campaign execution to ensure timely deliverables and quality content. - Monitoring influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI. - Collaborating closely with the content, design, and social media teams for message consistency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in political, digital agency, or advocacy sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong understanding of current digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Moj, Sharechat, etc. - Passion for political content, public influence, and digital storytelling. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. - Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate, with immediate joiners preferred.
