R Consulting is hiring freshers/young professionals (1-2 years exp.) for an exciting Policy Consultant role with the Andhra Pradesh Assembly.
📍 Job Location: Field-based (Across AP) | 🎓 Preferred: Tier-1 Institution Graduates
✔ Conduct ground-level research (surveys, interviews) to uncover socio-political-economic insights.
✔ Analyze public perceptions, hidden agendas, and policy impacts.
✔ Present findings to government clients via crisp reports, Excel models & PPTs.
✅ Strong research acumen (sensitive data extraction skills).
✅ Excellent client-facing presence (grooming, body language, articulation).
✅ Proficiency in Excel, data analysis & presentations.
✅ Passion for politics, governance & grassroots impact.
Work on high-impact AP Assembly projects.
Hone field-to-boardroom problem-solving.
