Role Overview

Podiatrist & Wound Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers, pressure sores, and other wound-related conditions.
• Perform minor foot procedures, including wound debridement, nail care, and callus removal.
• Utilize advanced wound care products, dressings, and technologies to optimize healing.
• Provide teleconsultation services and guide patients on home-care wound management protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow evidence-based clinical practices.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Podiatry, Diabetic Foot Care, or Wound Management (recognized program).
• 2–5+ years of clinical experience in podiatry and wound care.
• Strong knowledge of advanced wound care products and technologies.
• Competence in performing minor surgical and podiatric procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Open to telemedicine and innovative wound care practices.
