Position: POD Executive (Fresher)
Department: Logistics / OperationsLocation: Masjit Office - MumbaiExperience Required: Fresher -0–1 Year

Salary – 15000 to 20000 per month.

Prefered - Male candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers/vendors.
• Ensure timely uploading/scanning of PODs into the system for customer and internal use.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and operations teams to track shipments and confirm deliveries.
• Update delivery status in the system and share PODs with customers/sales team as required.
• Maintain proper records (physical & digital) of PODs for audit and billing purposes.
• Assist the logistics/operations team in day-to-day activities.
• Resolve POD-related queries with accuracy and in a timely manner and follow up with all the branches.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documents.
• Quick learner with willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce / Management / Logistics background).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
