PMT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions using Agile Scrum methodologies, augmented by AI tools and automation
• Spearhead using Generative AI based tools into software development workflows code generation, documentation, testing)
• Project tracking, status reporting and task managementDrive sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with efficiency-enhancing AI support tools
• Identify technical and organizational risks early and resolve them proactively
• Serve as a change agent and coach in the adoption of AI in Agile environments
• Collaborate with engineering team and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Stake holder and escalations managementRequired Qualifications & Experience3+ years in Scrum projects and cross-functional teams
• 10+ year in the software development industry including minimum 3 years as a Software engineer in Java, Spring Boot(developer)
• Familiarity with project management tools and tracking tools like JiraExperience in leading Cloud-native solutions / Java / microservices based solution development teams
• Experience managing AI driven projects, particularly in integrating LLMs or generative AI into solutions or developer workflows will be an advantageCore SkillsPrimary: Technical PM with Java FSD
