Job Description

We are looking for dynamic professionals with 38 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management. The role involves handling the complete product lifecycle from strategy, positioning, and brand development to the successful launch of new products. The candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, brand performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
brand plans
and marketing strategies for assigned products.
Lead
new product launches
, including market research, positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive brand performance and meet revenue targets.
Conduct
market analysis
to identify opportunities and risks.
Design and execute
campaigns and promotional materials
(visual aids, brochures, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution.
Manage
product lifecycle
, including growth and maturity phases, and take corrective action where needed.
Monitor and analyze

Train field force on product knowledge, USPs, and communication strategy.
