PMO - Telecom Domain

As a PMO - Telecom Domain at NTT DATA, your role will involve ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery support for multiple projects and programmes in the Telecom sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and managing project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives. - Supporting project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery. - Developing and maintaining programme dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior leadership. - Ensuring alignment with organisational standards, processes, and compliance requirements. - Monitoring budgets, resource utilisation, and financial tracking across telecom projects. - Identifying risks and dependencies and supporting mitigation planning. - Driving continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects. - Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives. - Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar). - Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
