Administration of programs and projects the creation of programs and projects, updates, closure process, etc; Support Program/Project Managers in project communication and coordination Support Program/Project Managers in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and status reports Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting Organize and take minutes in project meetings and reviews Track project risks, issues, action logs, and project deliverables on behalf of Program/Project Managers Support Program/Project Managers in other PMO tasks upon request Skills Must have Min 8 years experience as Project Manager/PMO or similar role Must have Technical skills: Good Microsoft tools knowledge, excellent in Excel (Must have), Word and PPT, Teams Good to have Technical skills: Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Fieldglass, Oracle, Planview, JIRA, Understanding of Agile Framework Understanding of Programme / Project lifecycle, managing program budget including monthly, quarterly & yearly variance analysis on investment utilization, resource & their time tracking, maintenance and tracking of governance metrics
