Responsibilities/Accountabilities Plan, Manage, Lead, and Implement a project/program/portfolio work stream and its deliverables within a project Create and maintain Project Charter Define project scope, goals, tasks, required resources and deliverables from beginning to end Create detailed Work Packages, schedule, end to end project timeline through specific expertise and knowledge Create and Manage Budget. Measure, Monitor and Report Project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Define and implement stakeholder management plan. Present to stakeholders reports as well as problems and solution Identifying, managing, and escalating key issues and change requests to external and internal stakeholders. Design, manage and control Risk management plan. Identify, analyze, assess, perform risk evaluation, and mitigate risk with different strategies. Engage in the development of your area through operational activities such as; recruitment/hiring, Learning & Development, Talent management, Engagement and or people and performance management processes Provide support in the development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovation events/work. Acts as escalation point for problems and complaints, and manages compliance, contingency, and risk situations within own area of control. full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes Plan, Lead and Manage any major transitions/transformation within company such as financial, technological, operational and governance changes Requirements and Skills Should have more than 10 years of experience in end-to-end project delivery as project manager.
Good to have at least 4 years of experience in transition/transformation/IT management. Educational Background, preferably in the field of Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management. Should have hands on experience in transition/transformation/IT management phases and tollgates, i.e, Planning, transition execution and handover to support Good to have domain specific experience/knowledge like P2P, O2C and R2R, Financial and accounting and manufacturing Should be well versed and have worked in different project management phases like Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Final Close out. Proven working experience as a project manager Be aware of technological products and solutions available on market and has awareness of their strengths and weaknesses Demonstrate attitudes and behaviors on engagements that result in outstanding delivery and quality Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and is willing to take on responsibility Excellent Client facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Problem solving and Leadership skills Strong working knowledge in project management tools. i.e, MPP, Primavera, ePPM, Jira etc. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
