Job Description

Role Overview: As a PMO & Project Management (PM) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs that align with client expectations and business needs. Your role will involve creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating project operations, maintaining stakeholder communication, and handling conflicts. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will establish clear stakeholder expectations, develop reporting procedures, and conduct regular project evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs. - Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, addressing difficulties or conflicts. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Establish and maintain reporting procedures, conduct evaluations, and issue status reports. - Manage project financials, track spends, build forecasts, and assist senior management with financial activities, meeting setups, action item tracking, and preparation of meeting decks. - Oversee the design, procurement, deployment, testing, integration, and handover of RAN, transport, core systems, OSS/BSS, MCPTX, and security components. - Provide managed services for the operation of the entire network. Qualifications Required: - Must have 7-12 years of experience in Telecommunications. - Should be ready to travel onshore as it requires 70-80% traveling. - Respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others. - Utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to generate new ideas and solve complex problems. - Break down complex concepts and align projects with business strategy. - Develop a deep understanding of the evolving business context. - Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations. - Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, provide feedback, escalate issues, and identify risks. - Must have exposure to Network Access, Infrastructure, Data Transport, Core Network, Support Systems, Critical Communication, Security Systems, and Managed Services modules.
