PMO - Construction CSA

As a seasoned Construction Program Management leader at Tata Electronics Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving one of the largest high-tech industrial infrastructure projects in India. Your main focus will be on semiconductor facility construction, with additional responsibilities in advanced MEP systems to ensure operational support and long-term reliability. Your exceptional integration and coordination skills will be key to fostering seamless collaboration among stakeholders and contractors, prioritizing safety, quality, and timely project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide end-to-end leadership for project planning, execution, and delivery. - Oversee project governance, cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. - Engage with contractors, design consultants, and global partners to ensure quality-driven execution. - Maintain a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and sustainability throughout construction activities. - Collaborate with organizational leaders to define project scope and manage specific initiatives. - Drive standardization of processes within the organization to enhance efficiency. - Facilitate communication, promote collaboration, and address risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. - Proactively manage interdependencies and anticipate upcoming project execution requirements in coordination with vendors and stakeholders. - Implement risk management strategies and facilitate change management processes. - Create dashboards to track work progress across functions and provide management visibility for informed decision-making. **Qualifications:** - 10-12 years of experience in large-scale industrial program management, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, refinery, petrochemical, or high-tech manufacturing sectors. - Proven track record of successfully leading complex greenfield megaprojects. - Strong understanding of construction program governance, commissioning processes, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. - Familiarity with Construction Domains, processes, and requirements. - Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, MS Office Apps, Primavera, etc. - Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering disciplines. - PMP or equivalent certifications.
