Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects within the CTB / Compliance & Regulatory Retail Payments domain.
• Drive initiatives across SWIFT, SEPA, Cross-Border Payments, and ISO20022 standards.
• Manage end-to-end delivery cycles, with exposure to mobile release cycles being a plus.
• Provide full-spectrum project management, including planning, execution, risk, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Leverage Agile frameworks to drive delivery excellence.
• Maintain strong RAIDs and escalation management processes.
• Utilize project tools such as Jira and Confluence effectively.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of project management experience in the BFSI domain.
• Strong background in transaction banking and retail payments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and multi-regional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile-driven projects and delivery management.
