As a Plumbing & Firefighting Draughtsman you would be required to undertake the following -
Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing system layout of -
Toilet Detail layout
Water Supply, Drainage
Water supply schematic diagram
Drainage schematic diagram
WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram
Plant room layout
Tank puddle flange details
External ( storm & sewage services )
2. Fire Protection system layout -
Floor layout ( Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire extinguisher )
Internal Hydrant & external hydrant system
Fire schematic diagram
Fire submission drawing prepare
Plant room details working or piping layout
Puddle flange layout.
Coordination of MEP services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC)
