About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our hospital facilities team. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate has strong technical ability, experience in commercial or healthcare plumbing systems, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, medical gas lines, pumps, valves, drains, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Inspect plumbing systems regularly to ensure compliance with local, state, and healthcare regulations.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hospital plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to address building infrastructure needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and hospital safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2–5 years plumbing experience, preferably in a hospital
• Knowledge of medical gas systems (if applicable).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
