Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand database requirements and deliver scalable solutions Ensure high performance and responsiveness of database applications Maintain comprehensive documentation of database design development and deployment processes Implement best practices for database development version control and change management Monitor and troubleshoot database issues to minimize downtime and improve stability Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Stay updated with the latest Oracle database technologies and industry trends. Knowledge on Performance Tuning and Query Optimization. Knowledge on SQL loader. Knowledge on database modeler. Knowledge on mitigating data issues during migrations/upgrade
Roles and Responsibilities
Design model develop and deploy Oracle database objects such as tables views triggers and stored procedures Coordinate with CIO and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Analyze troubleshoot and resolve database incidents and performance issues promptly Document design artifacts development processes and deployment procedures comprehensively Work closely with application developers and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and quality assurance Contribute to database architecture discussions and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with organizational data security and governance policies Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team.
