Job Description

Lead technical solution design based on engineering, manufacturing etc domain and business requirements. Guide technical teams and SMEs to identify solution elements and define the most appropriate technical approach. Oversee technical impact assessments, risk evaluations, and project cost/time/quality implications. Develop solutions for supplier integration and Enterprise P&O setup. S upport 3DX application related operations activities. 3DX application monitoring Interface/Batches/Reports Maintenance 3DX us er on-boarding and access management application maintenance. Administration activities for on-boarding system(Approving/Rejecting access request) Support issues/tickets raised by business users on the 3DX application Support root cause investigations to ide ntify resolution areas Develop necessary automations around the support activities to make it more efficient Documentation for t he various support activities
