PLM Developer (Enovia V6/3D Experience)

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Developer specializing in Enovia/3DExperience, you will be the key pillar of a project team, collaborating with the Software/Solution Architect or Project Manager. Your main responsibility will be to guide the software development process from understanding business requirements to implementing application features and defining test strategies. Your deep domain expertise in both business processes and technical solutions will be crucial as you lead the software architecture and programming aspects. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring colleagues and applying industry best practices intelligently. Key Responsibilities: - Translate functional and non-functional specifications into software architecture to drive technical solution design - Develop technical documentation, use cases, test plans, and automation architecture - Lead technical unit testing and integration testing to ensure program output functions correctly - Analyze and resolve reported issues, execute software changes aligned with project requirements - Install and configure PLM Solutions, ensuring applicative design consistency with best practices - Design object-oriented architectural solutions for resiliency, scalability, and extensibility - Define the development environment, frameworks, libraries, platforms, and ensure programming alignment with best practices - Package and deploy program code into customer environment - Manage third parties involved in the software development lifecycle - Lead and motivate the development team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code - Participate in customer relationship management at a middle management level - Contribute to proposal writing and capitalization activities - Support Project Manager and lead lessons learned/after action review activities Qualifications Required: - University degree in software engineering, information technology, or a relevant discipline - 5+ years of work experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) industry - Knowledge of ENOVIA V6 and/or 3DExperience platforms - Strong written and spoken English skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals from different cultures,
