Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems for automotive manufacturing lines.
Program and configure automation hardware and software including HMIs, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
Perform diagnostics and trouble shooting of PLC systems to resolve faults and improve uptime.
Collaborate with process engineers to automate repetitive tasks, reduce cycle times, and improve efficiency.
Maintain documentation for PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
Stay updated with latest automation technologies, including Industry 4.0 and IoT integration.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in PLC programming languages(e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, and automation protocols.
Experience with electrical schematics, instrumentation, and safety interlocks.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
