PLC Programmer

As an experienced PLC Programmer, your role will involve developing, programming, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC logic for various systems such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc. You will also be responsible for designing and testing automation systems, control panels, and HMI/SCADA programming. Additionally, your duties will include performing on-site installation, commissioning, and support for automation projects, as well as maintaining documentation that includes wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, program backups, and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for breakdowns and maintenance across machines - Coordinate with design, electrical, and production teams to ensure smooth operations - Upgrade existing PLC programs to enhance machine performance and safety - Conduct system testing, calibration, and quality checks Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in developing PLC logic and programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.) - Knowledge of automation systems, control panels, and HMI/SCADA programming - Ability to perform on-site installation, commissioning, and support for automation projects - Proficient in maintaining documentation including wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and program backups - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support for breakdowns and maintenance - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with design, electrical, and production teams Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
