PLC Operator

As the Control Room Supervisor, your primary role is to oversee the operations and activities of the Control Room. Your responsibilities include physically verifying the raw material bins at the beginning of each shift, preparing production ratio charts, and ensuring accurate production entries in the system. You will be responsible for monitoring batching activities, maintaining air pressure standards, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to the production plan. Additionally, you will be required to facilitate smooth shift transitions by preparing shift handover notes and coordinating with other supervisors for continuous batching and production planning. Your accountability will include ensuring the correct usage of raw materials as per the formula to maintain feed quality, monitoring material flow and mixing times as per standard operating procedures, and striving to increase productivity while ensuring product quality. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
