Job purpose

Responsible for overall functioning of the Control Room

Duties and responsibilities

• Physically verify the raw material bins during shift starting and confirmation of bin allocation.
• Prepare the ratio chart for shift production.
• Production entry to be made i.e each shift production was accounted on system.
• Monitor the batching activity.
• Ensure the air pressure.
• Ensure the availability of raw material based on production plan.
• Hand over the shift to next shift supervisor through shift handover note.
• Co-ordinate with hammer mill supervisor for continuous batching.
• Co-ordinate with Premix supervisor for shift production planning.
• Preparation of batch report and the same to be submitted to Unit Head through QC.
• Check the raw material stock in system, if required the item code to be changed in ERP formula through corporate nutrition team.

Accountability

• Correct Raw material usage as per formula to ensure the feed quality.
• Ensure the material flow and correct mixing time as per SOP.
• Increase the productivity and ensure the product change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
